By purchasing a Hi-Tech Peptides product, you represent, warrant, certify, and covenant that you are:

If you do not satisfy one of these categories, you are not authorized to purchase or possess Hi-Tech Peptides research products.

Hi-Tech Peptides may request evidence supporting your research status or intended research use.

8. EXPRESS PURCHASER RESEARCH CERTIFICATION

Each time you order a product, you expressly certify that:

1. The product is purchased exclusively for legitimate research or analytical testing.
2. You do not intend to ingest, inject, implant, inhale, consume, apply, or administer the product to yourself or another human.
3. You will not allow another person to use the product for human administration.
4. The product will not be used for personal experimentation.
5. The product will not be used for bodybuilding, weight loss, anti-aging, sexual enhancement, performance enhancement, wellness treatment, cosmetic treatment, or personal therapeutic purposes.
6. The product will not be used for diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of disease.
7. The product will not be represented as a prescription drug, medicine, dietary supplement, treatment, pharmaceutical product, or veterinary product.
8. The product will remain within an appropriate research, testing, or analytical environment.
9. You will maintain reasonable control over access.
10. You will not knowingly transfer the product to a person intending prohibited use.
11. Your stated research purpose is genuine and is not asserted merely to circumvent Company restrictions.

These representations are material inducements upon which Hi-Tech Peptides relies in accepting your order.

9. NO HUMAN USE

Hi-Tech Peptides does not authorize, recommend, encourage, facilitate, instruct, or approve human administration or consumption of research-use-only products.

No third-party statement changes this restriction.

Customer reviews, social media content, forums, influencer statements, published studies, scientific literature, internet discussions, or third-party communications do not constitute authorization from Hi-Tech Peptides.

10. ANIMAL USE RESTRICTIONS

Hi-Tech Peptides products are not sold as veterinary medications, veterinary supplements, veterinary treatments, or animal-care products.

A product may only be used in animal research where such use is lawful and conducted under any required institutional, governmental, ethical, regulatory, or research approvals.

Nothing in these Terms independently authorizes animal research.

No doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, or similar professional relationship is created.

13. NO MEDICAL OR THERAPEUTIC ADVICE

Nothing appearing on the website, packaging, product pages, Certificates of Analysis, scientific references, communications, marketing materials, customer service messages, blog articles, text messages, social media, or other materials constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, therapeutic, prescribing, veterinary, or diagnostic advice.

Scientific and research information is provided only for research, educational, and informational purposes.

14. CONTROLLED RESEARCH ENVIRONMENT

The Purchaser agrees to maintain products in an appropriate controlled research environment.

1. Restricted access.
2. Laboratory labeling.
3. Inventory controls.
4. Temperature controls.
5. Appropriate protective equipment.
6. Personnel training.
7. Safety procedures.
8. Chain-of-custody records.
9. Disposition records.

15. NO RESALE OR TRANSFER FOR PROHIBITED USE

You may not directly or indirectly:

You may not act as an intermediary to circumvent these restrictions.

16. NO RELABELING OR REMOVAL OF WARNINGS

You may not remove, obscure, modify, falsify, conceal, or materially alter:

2. Product identity.
3. Lot or batch information.
4. Safety warnings.
5. Regulatory disclaimers.
6. Certificates of Analysis.
7. Product-use restrictions.

A product may not be relabeled or repackaged in a manner suggesting authorization for human, veterinary, clinical, or therapeutic use.

17. NO TRANSFER TO UNQUALIFIED PERSONS

Products may not be transferred to persons or entities that you know or reasonably should know:

1. Lack appropriate research qualifications.
2. Lack appropriate facilities.
3. Intend personal use.
4. Intend human administration.
5. Intend unauthorized animal administration.
6. Intend unlawful resale.
7. Intend another prohibited use.

18. QUARANTINE, DESTRUCTION, AND DISPOSITION

If at any time you determine that:

1. You are not qualified to use the product for research.
2. You no longer have a legitimate research purpose.
3. The contemplated research cannot lawfully be performed.
4. Required approvals are absent.
5. Appropriate laboratory controls cannot be maintained.
6. The product was mistakenly purchased for a nonresearch purpose.

you must immediately discontinue use and quarantine the product.

You must contact Hi-Tech Peptides for disposition guidance or, where legally appropriate, destroy or otherwise lawfully dispose of the product using a method suitable for the substance.

You may not instead:

1. Consume the product.
2. Administer the product.
3. Give it away.
4. Sell it for personal use.
5. Donate it for personal use.
6. Transfer it for prohibited use.

The Purchaser is responsible for applicable chemical-waste, hazardous-material, environmental, laboratory-safety, and disposal requirements.

19. NO HUMAN DOSING OR ADMINISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Hi-Tech Peptides does not provide instructions regarding:

1. Human dosage.
2. Human dosing schedules.
3. Human injection techniques.
4. Human administration routes.
5. Personal-use reconstitution.
6. Therapeutic protocols.
7. Medical cycling.
8. Treatment combinations.
9. Individualized human use.

Laboratory preparation, dilution, or reconstitution information is intended solely for lawful research use.

20. NO IMPLIED APPROVAL FROM PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Vial size, concentration, purity information, packaging, analytical results, sterility-related information, scientific literature, published human research, product naming, similarity to pharmaceutical compounds, and laboratory supplies do not constitute authorization for human use.

21. DUTY TO PREVENT DIVERSION

22. MATERIAL BREACH OF RESEARCH RESTRICTIONS

Human administration, unauthorized veterinary administration, false research certifications, diversion, prohibited resale, or intentional circumvention of these restrictions constitute material breaches.

Hi-Tech Peptides may:

1. Immediately terminate an account.
2. Cancel pending orders.
3. Refuse future business.
4. Preserve relevant records.
5. Enforce indemnification rights.
6. Exercise other lawful remedies.

23. SAFETY AND HAZARDOUS MATERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Purchaser acknowledges that research chemicals and peptides may involve known and unknown risks.

The Purchaser is responsible for:

1. Personal protective equipment.
2. Storage.
3. Laboratory controls.
4. Ventilation.
5. Containment.
6. Handling.
7. Transportation.
8. Spill procedures.
9. Disposal.
10. Training.
11. Emergency procedures.

24. SAFETY DATA SHEETS

Where applicable or available, Hi-Tech Peptides may provide Safety Data Sheets or related safety information.

The Purchaser remains responsible for reviewing applicable safety information and complying with laboratory and workplace-safety requirements.

25. CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS

Hi-Tech Peptides may provide Certificates of Analysis or other analytical documentation.
